We have established a baking operation
at our Idle Hour Store where we can assure a gluten free
environment safe from contamination from gluten containing
flours. We developed great tasting recipes using quality
ingredients such as buckwheat flour, flax seed meal, brown
rice flour, tapioca flour, and coconut milk. We have
developed these recipes without dairy knowing that gluten
sensitivity often coincides with dairy sensitivity. If you
have a gluten sensitivity or allergy please stop and try one
of these great tasting gluten free products.
